Support your Church but tithing is under the Old Covenant we are under the Dispensation of Grace.

Jesus is our Grace, Period!

Galatians 3:13 "Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law.

You cannot be curse for not keeping the law (there were 613 total) and redeemed at the same time.

GAL 3:16 No one will be justified by observing the law but by faith in Jesus

Matthew 23:23 was the only mention by Jesus fo tithing & it was b 4 the law because Jesus not yet died!

Tithing is what supports church functions like outreachs which share the word of God with others, food programs which feed those who don't have resources, camps which teach basic academics, and medical facilities which tend to the hurt & infirm. Tithing also pays for utilities & other church needs. And the greatest reward is spiritual growth. Some tithe, some serve, some do both, some do neither.BTW If you don't believe in the bible, don't refer to it

If the church is the people and the body is the temple under the new covenant then why are Christians lied to and told they are obligated to give 10% to the business?
