Hi betty, thank you for the quick reply, I have one more question, could the country ham biscuits be prepared with bisquick or is it better to prepare them in the method that you did? thank you
Hi again betty, quick question, whenever I knead the biscuits, is it a good idea to count when i am kneading that way i don't overwork or underwork the biscuit dough and also do you have a recipe to make cheese biscuits? thank you again for all your recipes and ideas:)
@1kash123 You can use whole wheat flour; it's a little heavier, but if you eat whole wheat breads regularly, you won't be surprised. It will still rise properly.
Thanks! You know you don't have to even make that little brown sugar treat! It's just for special occasions. The focus is on the biscuits and country ham!
Betty when making my very first attempt making biscuits the first batch was not so good due to my mistakes. But I tried again after realizing what I had done wrong. They were delicious and fluffy..by the way I remade them the day after Thanksgiving and it was awesome Now I feel confident in my ability to make them.. I told you, you are an awesome teacher .. now I am going to your rolls video.. I have to ask some questions over there..Thanks Shawn
I am so glad that you feel confident in making the biscuits! The "spoon rolls" are easier than biscuits, but the "potato rolls" are just the best! I hope my instructions are thorough enough for you to be successful with them! I will be back before too long!
Betty for the brown sugar butter what type of brown sugar light or dark? and also is that salted or unsalted butter thank you.. Oh by the way I am hoping for a camera for xmas maybe one day you will see my videos ... Thanks Betty ...Shawn
Loved your video making the biscuits with all the inside toppings. I can't wait to watch your other videos. I really learn better by see others cook . Thank you very much!
That's great! The biscuits are not particularly easy to make; most people would probably shy away from doing those. I'm proud of you! Thanks for your comment!

@Tentomon23978 Yes, that is a good idea to count the times you knead the dough. And, yes I do have cheese biscuits in bettyskitchen.
