Good movie! I'm a huge Western Movie buff, plus, I love the real life outlaws of the old west. And, Jesse James is my favorite. (The Cisco Kid is my favorite fake. haha). But, I think Brad Pitt did a great job from what I could tell, and Casey stunned me as Robert Ford. He made me HATE him. Haha. I thought it was great as a movie in itself. It wasn't a shoot out rob banks kind of western as I prefer, but great for Jesse James fans.

I just bought the DVD of this movie. Saw it on PPV awhile back.....excellent movie. Not your typical western/cowboy movie. More like a period piece./character study. I was pleasantly surprised by both Brad Pitt's and Casey Affleck's performances. I loved all the little nuances in Brad's performance. The way he casually tosses the newspaper on the table and the way he says "Well hello, now.....the arrest and confession of Dick Liddel," and then swallows. Great film!
