it was voss brown that shot him down he didnt mean to it was more like a game to them they met on the ground and still thought it was a game. He and lufbery were my heros!!!!!!!!!
I hope your teacher had no knowldge of Manfred, he didn't event any tactics, and wasn't in that movie. If Flyboys wanted to make a red baron they wouldn't have made all of the fighters except for Black Falcon red. RIchthofen was trained by the pilot who did come up with those rules, Oswald Bolcke.
u do know that in the movie flyboys, the red baron was never in it. His tri plane had no other picture other then the German Cross, but i will admit, the first time i saw flyboys i did think that was the red baron, mainly because of how he died in the third dogfight, but i figured out that it was not the red baron, if it was, then the guy who shot him down should have been flying a sopwith camel.
and in flyboys the guy in the plane with crossed swords was not supposed to be Richthofen.....

@tigers3010 Did you make up "voss brown?" I do beleive you mean aurthor roy brown or werner voss. nobody knows who shot down von Richthofen.

Actually, the Red Baron wasn't any of those aircraft, and his triplane was Simple Red w/ crosses
