@Drucef Actually, it kinda was. From what I understand, this originally aired October of '91 as a Halloween special. It was well-received, so they greenlit the series. But they figured they needed an episode to officially introduce the Midnight Society and whatnot, so "Phantom Cab" premiered as the offical series premier with the rest of SNICK in summer of '92 (dealing as it did with the Midnight Society intro and Frank's entry to the group) and rebroadcast this as episode #4.

Yeah, I guess. There's good stuff to be found from every decade, but the 90's was the best decade for cartoons and for Nickelodeon imo. Except for anime. My favorites like Haruhi Suzumiya and Death Note came out this decade.
