hey, im having difficulty with that first chord, its just annoying to bar the strings,and every time i achieve actually playig it without buzzing my finger ends up hurting A LOT, any extersises or tips i can do to play the song or at least have the pain go away?thanks

I had trouble with the first shift...it was to difficult to move your hand back from: Finger 1 and two on 11th fret(e and B string)  and and finger 3 on the 12 fret (G-string) but if you do the chord with your 3 LAST fingers you have the 1st finger ready, to the next chord (9, 11, 10 fret)...the pain you just have to deal with...
