When you say "with the right technique", what technique? Did you blow dry or air dry your bangs? it would be helpful if you showed how exactly you styled your hair before you made the video. Or maybe it falls naturally that way. If it does, your lucky, but not everyone has such manageable hair.

This is perfectly timed. I recently had a straight fringe cut and I love it but I miss being able to have it off to the side and out of my face.

This isn't "common sense". Transitioning to a fringe is very difficult. Every time I've cut my fringe I end up getting so frustrated I just pin them back. Saying she looks "sick" is a matter of opinion. I personally prefer the dark under eye look as opposed to clean, porcelain-like skin. I never use under eye concealer and I'm sure Rei doesn't either. I do wish her videos were more frequent because I enjoy them, but she has a life outside of the cyber world.
