I have to say I was profoundly surprised by this: one does get tired over so many young sopranos being hyped these days but this I found to be most wounderful: impeccable phrasing, seemless legato and a timbre and technique that are most admirable. Brava I say! I'm sure she will be very interesting and a force to be reckoned with in years to come.
@rubyedelman She is a soprano. I heard her live in La Traviata at the Met, and she sounded very much like a soprano and had no problems with high notes.
