Awesome! It works, just try it, I lost 13lbs from july12-aug 21 (today) and to be honest, i didn't wait for hunger all the time, i ate past full a few times but asked God to forgive me(and meant it)and i got back on the wagon and waited for the growl the next day. Its soo exciting but we need Gods help, all we gotta do is ask Him and He will help us!
