Great to see you back Scott :) Some cracking pickups there dude. I love Freedom Fighters, when it was out me and my mate Jav were both playing through it on the xbox and talking about it every day at work, brilliant, brilliant game :) What games are you looking forward to leading up to Christmas?
@Snestastic hmmm there are a few i have my eye on, really want to get sonic generations as i really like what i'm seeing there. Skyward Sword is also going to be a biggy on the list as well as mario kart 7 and super mario 3d land. Also want to get Arkham City as i really loved the first one.
What motherboard did you get? if its a 9 series chipset like a 990x you would be able to upgrade to a bulldozer. I might get one of those new bulldozer amd, FX-8120 when those are released next month.
Here can you do a 5 min gameplay of bust a move id be interested to see how that is. I have Return of the King on PC its okay the graphics where good and the game design was decent but the controls are kinda janky, War in the North looks like a decent LOTR game for once.
It's an Asus Motherboard M4A88T-V EVO it's probably not state of the art but it could house a phenom six core processor and a load of ram with a decent graphics card i could have a fairly good system in the future.
Will do with the gameplay of bust a move just have to find a day when i don't come back from work shattered.
@evilslothman your mobo is not bad mine is the Asus M4A79XTD EVO, its good but i dont think it will get a bios update to support bulldozer so if i wanted to upgrade it will be a pain in the arse as i have to get another motherboard, got a x4 955 cpu right now
ram is really cheap the stuff i bought 3 months ago was £65 which was a great price but now its £40 on the same site i bought it from (ebuyer.com) its a g.skill DDR3 8gb 1600mhz kit
@Murfadurf83 i haven't played the game recently but feel i could easily beat the score to get, will be putting in some heavy practice in the coming weeks.
As for the day itself i have booked the accommodation for the Friday through to Monday and have also booked trains to get me from Dundee to Spalding. What's the plan for when we get there do we just to the game link on the Saturday morning or is there a fixed time to be there. Will probably have to get peoples numbers.
@poptartlove2010 I've found the idea of playing that game all the way through again has left me with feelings of intense dread, so no we'll not be doing that. I might put up a video to show what the game is like. cheers for welcoming me back.
