See that dog on your lap, I have 4 of them, their all little cuties. After 40 years I'm still into quad and still have a ton of quad equipment. I tried the new stuff, it's all digitized where quad was a true mix, even DTS is not the same. The old quad stuff is like the original Star Trek, it never did die, it just got stored. I think if companies were to re-release quad tapes again today, or release stuff never out before, they would make a few hundred million or more. We are still here..

@FalconEbaySales You know, I never thought I'd have a Chihuahua, but she's quite a dog, and she's our girl. I checked out your channel. It's so great that you keep those Quads into people's hands! That Sony, you had Pink Floyd on your video. It must sound great on Quad. My favorite Quad tape that I had was the Dobbie Brothers Captain and Me. The seperation in Quad was just unbelievable!! @overdriven77 , I'm a fan of all music and eras, but there were a lot of changes in the music and technology in the 70s to experience. Too bad so few people have discrete quad tape systems still running. I hope it comes back again some day. Thanks for your comment. -- Atco
