If I remember correctly in the previous match against Norm Duke Eugene started out playing a deeper line similar to what you see WRWjr playing in this match. (Yes, Eugene can do more than just bring the heat, he can hook the effen lane if he wants to.) After a few frames he could tell that it wasn't giving him a good look so he went to plan B, the straighter, firmer shot you see here and he made it work.

I would be intense and animated too if I won my first title by taking out WRWjr and Duke.

I think an issue Mccune faces is how he gets mad at himself when he's not doing well. they say that Tommy Jones is so successful on TV because nothing really gets him down but Mccune is put down by a bad break or two

His reaction was based on the fact he threw it poorly and got a good break, 6-pin off the wall and tripping out the 10.

lmao the reason why McCune is the way he is because hes been on tour how long and never won? This was huge for him and he's like that on every telecast.

Is his behavior acceptable in the PBA? Of course it is for telecasts. They love when bowlers yell and scream and get pumped it gets ratings

Is McCune's style really accepted on tour? Seems like he just throws it so fast that the pins don't stand a chance. Not sure about his accuracy though.
