WELL DUH! Of cause it's fake!!! Any moron can see it is. It even had credits for the fake bits - the props and puppets. You could quite cleary see the skin wasn't real in the laceration part, the teeth were clearly fake in the dental mangling (my favourite part BTW), and anyone who recovers that quickly from an amuptation is amazing!
