  • I've got a 2002 VTEC, and it is without a doubt one of the most emotive machines I've ever ridden. I've owned it since the last part of 2009, and I will never sell it! There is so much soul in the V4 configuration, 1:10 just set me off, such a great sounding engine!

  • had a zrx 1200 in the uk moved to new zealand been here for 2 years and just bought a 2002 vfr pick it up tommorow giving me a 4h trip home cant wait hehe

  • I've just shelled out for the 2004 VFR800 VTec and pick it up on Sat, can't wait!

  • where did you get the gearindicator?

  • Bientôt moi aussi j'aurais un VFR

    Il me tarde troooopppp

    Sympa la balade

  • Very exciting video, but you choose very dangerous roads

  • Probably the best VFR video ever made

  • I'm thinking of getting one of these at the minute.

Do they sound like this standard? Please say they do.

  • Somehwat, but most aftermarket cans sets the engine thrash/noise loose!

  • Shit yeah they do, i have a micron exhaust on my 1999 vfr sounds sick

  • Oh, yeah... the whine of gear driven cams are stock :)

  • Yep sounds standard. I think the mic is installed very near to the exhaust / air intake though so it won't sound exactly like in the video. Much better with an aftermarket can :)

  • beautiful sound...

  • Excellent video and awesome scenery!!

  • Damn! I love this bike!! I wanna buy one!

  • ME TOO!

  • I just did :-))

  • awesom sound...

  • Its a sweet ride i had a choice of an car or a new 07 VFR800 well its a no brainer and never looked back, great touring bike but with all out balls to the wall performance of a CBR1000 now just gotta save up for the panniers to match.

Excellent video and the sound its like im on the bike now :) actualy im off to go for a ride.

  • This is the BEST on-bike footage I ever seen, what camera gear are you using? it is VERY stable.

I just watched this after seeing loads of vids about super cars and have been sniggering at all the newbs posts, arguing about what car is faster than what. None drive super cars or know what power really is..

Bikes are Super car power for a few grand. What more can I say..

I've owned 2 veefers, my current bike is the '99 pre-vtec.

    Great vid.. ride safe :)

  • It is one will be on drugs classical classic mini numerique jvc that I paid 400 euro. It is fixed on a wooden plate. The whole is maintained by a carrier strap around the reservoir. It is quite simple:-) Merçi for this comment. I am going to make it soon of news....

  • Probably a cam mounted on a gas cap holder!

  • Nice Riding ! I have a 2000 VFR800 I ride in Southern California .... wish I was where you are! Looks like France maby ? Great video, ride hard & keep the rubber side down !

  • nagyon kemény a hangja (nice song!)

  • Wow so these bikes are actually quite fast? Everyone tells me they are slow. I still think this is the best all round "Real World" bike ever made. I'm thinkin of selling my ZX6 Ninja to get one of these. Or a Blackbird.

  • It is a sports and road general-purpose motorcycle. One of the most reliable of the market. And in France motorcycle is restrained in 100cv thus for me it is the ideal. It is less powerful than a blackbird but a great compromise.

  • bel rumore questo V4

  • From the inst. panel, it looks like a 5th generation:1998-2002? I have a 98 and it's the same as that. I want one of those gear indicators too!

  • awesome bike. Gonna buy it next week :) Greetings from Poland

  • I have a CM400 now, thinking of getting a VFR750 in a year or so, and if it's anything like this, it's gonna be fun!

The airbox on that thing really screams!!

  • I Love this video!!!

  • What brand is the gear indicator? Nice addition.

On my '98 I wish I had a digital speedometer.

Otherwise....a very sweet machine! Nice video.

  • It's a ACUMEN DG8 gear indicator

  • Whats the quarter mile time for this sucker? I'm thinking of getting one.

  • You are lucky! I'm from Spain (although I live in the US now) and a few years ago I rode from Hannover to Madrid on my ZZR600. Riding through france was the most fun of all!! Keep up the good work and be safe!

  • Fantastic video! Where is it? Is this France! Boy, I wish I was still home! Congratulations, love the gear indicator, by the way.

  • Thanks.Yes it's in france. Your video respond is great.

  • is that a stock feature? (the gear indication)

  • Hello, No I integrated it myself. It is an ACUMEN DG8

  • Excellent work, it looks really good.

  • thank you very much
