  • I don´t like this, I LOVE IT!! <3

  • best version ever thank you HELTERFUKINGSKELTER.

  • Something profound and rhetorical.

  • I was going to form a rock band. Now I will make an Indian Psychedelic band. Instead of just Guitar, I will play that and Sitar.

  • HELTER F***** SKELTER is awesome :l

  • i want to be a hippie.

  • @hyghiaumtym Sorry to late. If you would like to catch up, seek the one called Wall Street.

  • I AM ONE WITH THE THE UNIVERSE! I AM ONE WITH THE TREEEES MAAAN!!

  • amazing George..

  • Brilliant lyrics. Some of the best lyrics ever in my opinion.

  • A most beautiful song by a beautiful artist.

  • * * * * *

  • So beautiful!

  • George Harrison was a underrated genius.

  • L.S.D from INDIA

  • Mrs. Peel.....The acid has taken effect....

  • This is my favorite song :)

  • Hare Krsna! True Self realization wisdom in a perfect pop song . . .

  • Jai RAdhe!!! Love this sooooooo much.......

  • nice...

  • this video have drugs vision xD

  • i always feel high when i listen to this song o_O

  • Love you to and Within you without you

  • does anyone understand this song for what it means? it's a beautiful message<3

  • I'm surprised that George Harrison never married an East Indian woman because of the love for their culture.

  • @0AdamHeartMother0 I agree with otterj6,George did quit LSD when he saw the hippies. And his interest in India wasn't spurred by the LSD. It was Patty who got him interested in Indian culture. But once he heard Maharishi for himself, he wanted to learn more, so the trip to India happened.

  • BEST BEST SONG

  • i dont need any kind of man made or natural drugs , because the beatles are my drugs .

  • i love this song, drugs or not, it is just a really powerful and pure song, i love everything about it, and i wish i could hear the original 30 minute version :(

  • @edward124816 Wow - never knew there wasa 30 min version. As a kid I recall The Beatles ariving in Australia . They were brilliant - 8 sigls in top 10. They grew and in 1970 heard Peppers . THIS was the song that inspired me most , all of lp is brilliant but this even surpasses Lucy in The Sky and Day In Life . Favourite artists are Lennon and have huge rspect for George . Have heard amazing vewrs of magical myst Tour. but nvr issued. don't have it

  • @eppeywonder oh i have magical mystery tour on vinyl.

i read somewhere that harrison had an idian pot/ sitar circle and they played this song, and it was originally roughly 30 minutes long, and they kinda just trimmed it a bit,

also the love album 'within you without you/ tomorrow never knows' is amazzing, i shall send it to your inbox, random person

  • Dear kind sir,

thank you for making this music video. -all stoners

  • amazing song, one of my favorite song from Sgt. Pepper's. :)

  • I want a Sitar so bad now.

  • Esoteric , conscieousness was Expanding then and Love was Really in the AIR and other rare forms .If, you were Not there in the late 60's ,Theres NO way you could Know / Feel This or Accurately comment on what they were about and saying it seems ,

  • The Beatles' music is so amazing and deep that I don't need drugs to feel like magic.

  • Sir / Madam - some people do - others don't. No I am not high. to the person who enquired - whoever it was. I know they expanded their minds - includiing TM and grew within. I find the sitar beautifully melodic and and akin to a classical guitar . Then there are the tablas and the lyrics. It is a journey withinitself. and that is brilliance. Sorry if I offended anyone .PS Sir G Martin said John wanted Mr Kite to sound like u cld smel sawdust in the circus ring.Wonder what preqs were for this?

  • this like the shit on paddle

  • Hi - I love this song and the longer intro is extraordinary. No I I won't write anything more profound thanb this - EVER my poinbt was somebody saying you need druges to appreciate this. Since when ., It is masterpriece of the hiughest order and deals with a perspective called Life. Incidentally I am not criticisingthe album - it is my favourite but even the album take on this is incredible. to suggest you need drugs - is hideous - all you need is ears - a brain and some imagination.Peace

  • @eppeywonder They wrote mostly all of their later music on acid, the Beatles wouldn't have had half the impact they did had they not experimented, George and John said so themselves, so before you use the words hideous, use your brain, and think about what they themselves would say about the situation. Seriously do some research on the bands drug use before you shoot your mouth off at me.

  • @0AdamHeartMother0 Actually you're wrong. George said he gave up LSD when he saw hippies tripping in Berkley 1967. He said he didn't want to put that stuff in his brain any more. Meditation inspired this song, not drugs. John Lennon, yes he was still into the drugs. What this also show is the people who believe this was about drugs have no clue the power of meditation and the mind. It just shows ignorance.

  • @otterj6 What do you consider late Beatles? Put that "stuff" in his brain? Sweetheart educate yourself on the subject of LSD before you shoot off your mouth, as Albert Hoffman described they are extremely similar to chemical compounds already found in our natural brains. Second I never said Drugs inspired this specific song, I simply said a lot of their later work. Meditate on the fact that your judgements are pure negative energy and you cannot sum op ones beliefs from a youtube comment.

  • @0AdamHeartMother0 Do you really believe the Beatles would have stepped out of the realm of Pop music and dive into a psychadelic world full of love meditation and understanding without the help of LSD? Stop the war between psychadelics and meditation, as Terrence Mckenna said they are two completely different means of transportation arriving at the same destination. I have never felt a fraction of the beauty experienced through certain earthly substances compared to yoga and meditation.

  • @0AdamHeartMother0 Wow, apparently I hit a nerve. By the way, you do know you are releasing a load of negative energy yourself there. Chill out dude and Happy Holidays.

  • @Faiza23Iqbal I understand that you are entitled to your opinions but so sorry, you are NOT entitled to broadcast them to everyone else, especially if they may cause offense. If you don't like the song, then don''t listen to it PERIOD. Keep your fucking opinions to yourself.

  • @anton31g Yes mate. That is why I apologized to all of you in the beginning!

  • Geesh, that is one heck of a fine video.

  • I am sorry Beatles' fan but this song is so pathetic =/

  • @Faiza23Iqbal $20 will be yours if you write one more profound and brilliant. Fresher take to that on the album .

  • @eppeywonder Are you high? =P

  • This song has made me more spiritualy aware. I thank the Beatles for essentially making me what I am today. The songs seem to push me to adventure in the hopes of inlightenment.

Life flows on within you and without you..

  • This song is so underrated. If people lived their lives by the lyrics of this song there would be no violence, war, or harm. When you've seen beyond yourself, then you may find, peace of mind is waiting there...

  • @grevejp44

    amen brother

  • @grevejp44 so true

  • @grevejp44 lol stfu retard!

  • @grevejp44 Totally agree with your comment.

  • (part 1)Dear people who know me i am now going insane and am writing random posts every where and i mean everywhere "(&;&;/)$&;$) my leg hurts so @)&(&);/ bad.

  • There will never be another George Harrison. He was so talented. My favorite Beatle, too!

  • Colin this has always been one of my favorite videos. A masterpiece! Paul

  • To find out so much about George and understand his impact in the world through his music and kindness and spirituality... and to know that it's been almost 10 years since he left... Can you imagine the world if George had not been present?

  • I´ve drunk two and a half litters of beer while recording my own songs and then i saw this video. A beautifull experience. I still have half a litter!

  • l'anima più brillante del mondo..Grazie George...

  • today, 10 years ago, already....

  • Good one!!

  • @HELTERFUCKINGSKELTER i didnt know you were allowed to cuss in your username.

  • Peace and love people. WITH ALL OF MY HEART UNCONDITIONALLY!

  • This is one of their trippiest songs in my opinion

  • Beautiful love

  • Wonderful lesson, sweet Lord!

  • 1:18 sharingan?

  • when you see beyond yourself then you may find peace of mind is waiting there,

& the time will come when you see were all one !!

  • great editing, kudos

  • haha sharingan!

  • 1:17 is sharingan

  • Perfect video!Helterfuckingskelter make some of the best beatles videos.George is something like my guru right now

  • Man i dont know if this is Indian music or just plain LSD

  • @MarijuanaDoc both, they went to India and Afghanistan and shit to find the origins of music. I'm willing to bet at least a little LSD was done too.

  • <3

  • Listen!! Its the truth

  • I can't understand how this song has 13 dislikes? I would imagine you would only come to this song if you liked it, it's not one of their major hits, so it's not going to just pop up unless you specifically search it. So my guess is13 people disliked the video? This video is pretty awesome.....so my guesstimation is, 13 people are just twats

  • @quicky2103 Many people dislike what they don't understand. Pity them.

  • Not bad, but I'll always like the real thing more than any prefab material, no matter the technical achievement. I haven't listened to the "Love" compilation, but I guess this is a version from that album. Sorry, i'll always stuck to the original stuff.

  • <3 flashback

  • Now this right here is awesomeness! Nice job!!

  • @bbequette George is my favorite as well. I've been watching the HBO special incessantly. I relate to his journey for spirituality, as my father is a minister (although I think he's conflicted himself).

Anyway, there's that, and the fact that almost all of HIS Beatle songs almost always make me cry...Here Comes the Sun, Something, Within You Without You etc.

  • And the time will come when you will see we're one, and life flows on within you and without you.

  • I love ur name XD

  • Excellent video HFS

  • Trippy!

  • This video is covered with awesome-sauce...MAGNIFICENT!!!

  • Beautiful

  • @3C3D3S3 Thanks mate,yeah I put it together.Or edited the images together!

  • @HELTERFUCKINGSKELTER

    Nice job!

  • Respond to this video...

Thanks for this Helterfuckingskelter...I love it. George is my favorite Beatle.

Have you seen HBO's documentary "Living in the Material World"?

  • @HELTERFUCKINGSKELTER Jolly good job for a jolly good song. Jolly Awesome. Such meaningful lyrics and mixed with the video images along with just awesome music makes guarantees, well, Awesome. Not to sound like a people pleaser I really mean it.

  • THIS IS WHAT I CALL....MUSIC!

  • @HELTERFUCKINGSKELTER thanks to you for bring us this wonderful video

  • George, my favourite beatle

  • @charrockanrolero Govinda

  • @tenthousandyearsgoon गोविन्द :)

  • LSD

  • @CrazyPromt HELLYEAH

    * SHROOMS

  • Let's not continue to bicker! And let's all focus on how amazing The Beatles are and how amazing George Harrison is and how amazing, and surprisingly brain-washing and life changing, this incredible song is! I wish other 12-year-olds in my school and around the world ditched rap and hiphop for this incredible time period and what amazing music they had. Nobody seems to apreciate this stuff anymore. 1960's changed the world, The Beatles changed the world! They must live on!! BEATLES FOREVER!!! :)

  • i really like this song, its so boho

  • Why is this two songs? The first one is "Love You To", and the next one is "Within You Without You." C'mon, man. You can't be doing that. Also, I agree with you 100% mister SteamGrace. Why do people have to be so predictably lame? :(

  • my friend said acid kills braincells..... i should show him this song.

  • @PlanTonto lol

For you Unilinguals, chegas08 understands that this is a "Song of the Soul/Heart", and a Song of personal Freedom to become what "You should be", and replace it with "What you CAN be"..

...PLEASE, Somebody, notify the Taliban, and Iran!

    NDL

  • @ninodelobos gracias por eso compañero (:, es el solo hecho de sentir la música y disfrutarla, interpretarla y vivirla.

  • John Lennon would turn in his grave...

Whats with all the hate? Have you learned nothing from this song? Just peace and love and enough with this discrimination and this abuse. "With our love, we can change the world".

  • @PlanTonto Looks who arguing NOW....you're the fucking hypocrite. And why are you telling me to stick a dildo in my mom? Is that what you're used to a home? Except its your dad doing it and I bet you that makes your day.

  • Damn, the sitar never gets boring to listen to.

  • I love the lyrics in this song, George was a deep guy...

  • I think this is one of the best of them I ever heard, they are still awesome...

  • Best song done on Sgt. Pepper.

  • love the video to it

  • top two comments makes me laugh! btw, nice vid for this beautiful song!

  • @HELTERFUCKINGSKELTER I just love the stuff, he did. Especially the indian influenced songs. Though Taxman is still amazing.

  • George Harrison was the best, his songs were by far the best outta all of the Beatles

  • lead singer disorder

  • Or, could it be something else... ✿✿✿

  • I was born nd livein India..India may be a fun country to enjoy ur vacations..but its suck to live in..Its not a country but a gutter..

  • touching

  • ..."all the people who gain the world, and lose their soul". Remember Love. ☮

  • Well done!

  • I've just read the book Here Comes The Sun (the spiritual and musical journey of George Harrison) this video and music so sum up the wonderful man that was George Harrison. Thanks for posting it!!!

  • for some reason this is the only song that I can never remember words. For some reason I don't really listen to them I couldn't tell you one word he said by the time the song is over.

  • WOW. This is really impressive! Just curious, where did you get all the non-Beatles footage? Stuff you shot yourself, stock footage? Either way, well done!

  • @PookaDude42 That footage probably came via the BBC. They were cool enough in those days to do that.

  • it is our time

  • Anyone out there trying to make music. This is what it's about. Keep practicing.

  • Happy fucking birthday John!!!! You are sorely missed man...

  • @motabdude right on man.

  • Thank you very much for this video, simply beautiful !!! As for the "tripping" comments, I don't think George would care if you prefer to listen to this song high or not. Ironically, people equate Indian music with drugs, but this music is deeply spiritual to Indian musicians, and they don't dare cloud their minds with drugs as they perform it. Thank you once again for the incredible video.

  • 13 people are watching this video upside down!

  • I heard that John was a Gnostic Christian, has anyone else heard of this? Not that it matters in the lest... Just makes alot of sense to me... I enjoy listening to this song when I feel the sky is falling on my head... It really pulls the pieces together for me... :)

  • Love your screen name! says alot doesn't it? I mean that in a good way, afterall i'm strawberryfieldszoe...after strawberry fields forever but i think the way i spell it was already taken.

  • If you need drugs to enjoy this song completely then, in my opinion, you really shouldn't be listening to it at all.

  • @ThisIsSmarta1

    Fuck you.

  • @ThePaulpFiction To say things like "Fuck you", to someone who is trying to explain Indian music, and its independence from silly influences such as drugs, is somewhat insolent.

  • @ThisIsSmarta1 i agree, but lsd would definately make it an experience.

  • @ThisIsSmarta1 If you need drugs to enjoy this song, it means you are probably lost, and you're exactly the kind of person who could benefit from it the most, and is exactly the person to be listening to it.

  • @UNSUBSCRIBE90 stfu your one of the people who needs it cause you obviously dont know what youre talking about im not saying go do Psilos or Acid every day but shit chill bro

  • @eli1163 Instead of stating I don't know what I'm talking about, maybe you could try putting some reason and insight behind your statement, instead of just... making a statement. I have nothing against people who use lsd or psilocybin or dmt or peyote etc.. It just seems to be that a MAJORITY of the people who use these substances.. are kind of lost. A great example of this... is ACTUALLY The Beatles! LSD helped them with self-reflection and realization, and helped them mature.

    I need to chill?

  • @UNSUBSCRIBE90 you just blew my mind

  • @dylandecrayk my pleasure

  • @UNSUBSCRIBE90 . Hate to tell you but ther are tings on the cover and between the notes - called LYRICS . Read the - this is one of the most brilliant pieces ever penned. I 1st heard it in 1970 and was amazed. For your info - back them the big threat was Cold War and thus Nuclear. it is till so relevant today. Sorry if I sounded gnarly , Have a very good Christmas anyway,

  • @UNSUBSCRIBE90 I wouldn't say you need them but mind altering substances show us other realms, the realms where I am The Walrus, and Bluejay Way some from...You probably completely forgot that it is a very good possibility George was flying on something when he did this recording himself, not to mention the fact that the Beatles music was taken to amazing new levels when they started experimenting. Were they lost as well?

  • @UNSUBSCRIBE90 I need drugs to listen to this, and I could not have been in a better moment in my life.don't stereotype, you child

  • @UNSUBSCRIBE90 NOBODY CARES, THIS IS MUSIC ENJOY.....

  • Then don't read these comments SteamGrace you clown.
