Some odd tactics in this race. Did Nys seem to be crawling through the sand sections? Stybar changed his mind about leading Nys after they coudn't shake the chasers? How did Pauwels lose contact with Nys? He looked so strong and determined. A mechanical on the last lap? Would he have another reason to do a bike change?

@kiekendief Ahhh, OK, I can't understand Flemish. Did the announcers call it? What's the word for "flat"? It worked out nicely for Sven in the end.

@2WheelEscapeArtist Yes the announcers called it, but they didn't spot it immediatly, the reporter in the field asked the mechanics.

The word 'flat' in dutch is 'plat', so flat tire is 'platte band'.
