So our heat pumps and overall usage is doing it? I don't think so!

February 2008 - usage 1332 kw - billed $91.47

February 2009 - usage 1341 kw - billed $135.40

February 2010 - usage 1333 kw - billed $156.86*******

February 2011 - usage 1339 kw - billed $173.96

Note increase in amount billed despite decrease in usage.

Our usage has stayed the same for four years - but our bill has gone from under $100 to nearly $200!!
