@EdT586 This has nothing to do with IQ and perhaps not even as much with hand/eye coordination. The saying: "practice makes perfect" is a perfect derscription for this. The only and sole reason why they are so fast at it, is because that is all they do... Similar to learning a certain solo on guitar, at first you'll do it dead slow, but as u practice more and more, u'll become faster and faster...

@EdT586 I've read articles where western corporations already regret having moved to china, although being much cheaper, the chinese steal and copy everything. A Belgian company my father has a high function at, global market leader in the manufacturing of looms, has got a division over there as well, but manufacture none but the most primitive machines, because chinese companies have tried copying those already, very creative! They need several engineers to equal one in Belgium too...
