WTF is the point of this weird pastiche? It is NOT the trailer. It is some self indulgent editing of a bunch of things. I totally fail to see the point of it. At the least you could rename it so people aren't misled.

This is a magnificent trailer, because it has the gusto to do what so many trailers do not: be ambiguous. It let you see movie on filmsi.co.cc... Modern trailers tend to deliver the entire plot in that 2:00 timeframe, and I am glad that this one restrained from giving all of itself away.

This movie that I just have finished enyojing on kookíca, does nearly everything an action picture is supposed to do; from the opening scene it grabs you tight, and doesn't let go until the 98 minutes of suspenseful filmmaking has concluded.

Yes, the movie Australia does deal with racism but not in the way some would think. I thought the movie did a good job talking about the era of the "stolen generation"...and about issues of class distinction. Besides, no one needs to be pointing fingers re: racism. It happens in ALL countries and every race is guilty of trying to subjugate each other. Study history and you'll see for yourselves.
American slavery was a class thing not a race thing. Africans sold their own people to slavery, the asiatic jews bought them, brought them to America, sold them to the very rich not only in the south but up north as well. These rich made up a minority of the population. hardly any of the men who fought in the civil war owned slaves, they were used by the rich politicians to fight their tax war which is what the civil war was really about.
Slaves in america included not only blacks but whites, asians, native americans, mexicans & anyone else that was poor or low on the class system. There were black slave owners who owned slaves of all colors including their own. This is the true history of slavery in America before it was turned around to suit the liberal agenda.
it aint one little thing. it lasted about 200years, think if black, indian and all the other people white people did wrong. did the same? slavery with white people as slaves for 200years, what would you say? it was one little thing they did? nah. it aint.

I used to live next door to a whore in WA who used to stand out the front of her house in a chinese get-up just like the dress in this movie. when she wasn't entertaining the hood, she & her underage brother would repeatedly break into my house to steal. the Oz police wouldnt touch them because I was European & they protect their own. I think of them everytime I see this tourist BS propaganada & wonder WHO THE HELL WANTS TO GO TO AUSTRALIA TO EXPERIENCE THAT! I escaped & have never gone back!

Yes, the movie Australia does deal with racism but not in the way some would think. I thought the movie did a good job talking about the era of the "stolen generation"...and about issues of class distinction. Besides, no one needs to be pointing fingers re: racism. It happens in ALL countries and every race is guilty of trying to subjugate each other. Study history and you'll see for yourselves.

American slavery was a class thing not a race thing. Africans sold their own people to slavery, the asiatic jews bought them, brought them to America, sold them to the very rich not only in the south but up north as well. These rich made up a minority of the population. hardly any of the men who fought in the civil war owned slaves, they were used by the rich politicians to fight their tax war which is what the civil war was really about.

Slaves in america included not only blacks but whites, asians, native americans, mexicans & anyone else that was poor or low on the class system. There were black slave owners who owned slaves of all colors including their own. This is the true history of slavery in America before it was turned around to suit the liberal agenda.
