I totally agree with you, but majority of people of my country are bit weaker in english this way they get a chance to understand the concept a little better not only to memorize by heart. But they said in 2nd phase they would try to convert all the lecture into English.. But I would still recommend if they can at least put English subtitles that may help for start.
english substitles will be nicer!!

if talk by english wil be universal lecture ,and many student will use it.
