I hope the last month has been OK for you. You sound like a really good guy who's going to come out when it's right. If you can, avoid waiting as long as I did but even if you do wait it's great when it happens. Randy was the last kick in the butt I needed to do it. It's hard to imaging how many people are on your side. Hope you post an update.

Thanks for mentioning my twitter account. I was only in a similar situation in my old job. It was very male oriented, had females as receptionists. I felt really awkward every time they'd talk about what they do at night and what positions etc. Didn't know what to say really. They were also very homophobic. It was an office full of gay slurs, racism and sexism. Not the best place to work and it's Australia's largest company in this industry! Someone need to blow the whistle
