i just found out he is irish! gosh! that just made my day seriously! no wonder i had an immediate attraction towards him, even when he is a villain (btw, he has a such a perfect villain face) nice!
I don't think he seems boring at all, i think he seems very down to earth and intelligent. And hey, he's human and he can get nervous during interviews. I know i would!
and his accents (American and original Irish) are sexy as hell.
he's said numerous times how much he hates interviews coz they make him nervous... it definetly shows. poor thing lol. He's still a bloody legend though!!

I personally think that a person with his face,voice and tremendous talent can be called anything but boring.
@portishphonic No I don't expect him to be like Tom Cruise. Just imagine you met a stranger who talked like that. He'd bore you to death. I don't think he has an interesting personality. He'd put you to sleep with the same monotone voice. But not on the screen. He was great in Intermission
@begood20000 well that's actually a good thing.. if you think about it. he cares more about his performance rather than his image. he has no bad press about him. none of his interviews are about his personal life, they're all about his movies. i think it's great that isn't all cocky and full of himself. not everybody was made to be outgoing and loud. we cant really judge him from just this one interview. i bet he's a great guy. i've heard lots of nice things about him.
i just watched the film and i'm so shocked he's irish! now that's good acting.
