  • Can this be taken with Vitex?

  • can taking tribulus long term cause testicular atrophy or shut down normal production of testosterone? I am 22 male.

  • @MrAusty I have no idea about the testicular atrophy. I doubt it would shut down normal testosterone production as it is an herb that acts on the endocrine system, it does not directly contain testosterone. Work with an herbalist near you to stay safe.

  • Cool video, ta.

  • do you know anything about white yam (agida yam) which i supposed to increase chance of conceiving twins?

  • so would this be a good pre-work out supplement?

  • @5WaitingWombs Tribulus is a great herb for imbalances like PCOS, but it is not a "cure-all" I have a guide for PCOS on my website, you might find helpful.

I checked out your videos. I love what you are doing and sharing.

  • This is the first time I've heard of Tribulus. Would this also help someone with PCOS. I have severe PCOS and do not ovulate even with Clomid.

  • i dont think women should use this, it increases testosterone, is that a good thing?

  • @ekorom It increases LH hormone which on men stimulates to increase testosterone and with women it mainly increases estrogen levels.

  • @ekorom It only increases testosterone to the levels they are supposed to be at. It does not contain any hormones itself, but supports hormonal balance, so in men this would show up as an increase in testosterone. In women it would show up in increasing LH - supporting ovulation. Herbs are smarter than drugs, they support the body so it can function optimally instead of forcing it do do something.
