Japan is a great place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there...too expensive, too crowded, too hot in summer, too cold in winter, and I'd be perpetually labeled a "foreigner". I'll stick with the good ol' USA...specifically in the state of Oregon.

I wouldn't have a problem with it, the weather is very similar to Kansas, although Kansas has hellacious wind that knocks your little foriegn car off the road some days.
