I love this timeless song! I'm 41-years-old and from South Los Angeles. I heard this track on the radio back in the early '80's and consider it a cult classic. The professional studio musicianship, urgent vocal delivery, and vulnerable lyrics. The lyrics are beautiful ".....trying hard to get away but I can't seem to fight the way I feel..."!
