for the actual song, it's D minor7 arpeggiated, C7 arpeggiated, Bb7 arpeggiated then strum&slide back to C7 for the intro, the G string is muted or otherwise not played. Prechorus is D barre chord, Bb barre chord, C standard chord, chorus is easy to figure out. just use the same barre chord format as the rest of the song, or if you want to cut corners use powerchords.
