I think you are mistaken . . .. the anode is the positive terminal (becuase anions are attracted to it), and the cathode the negative (because cations are attracted to it).

I did this experiment with 4 lemons and I got 3.5V in multimeter but it didn't work with bulb need 1.5V to be sure that the bulb work I used 1.5V battery and it was lighting

U must use LED cause it useful with low current because of that the normal lamb didn't work cause it need high current even the voltage required was enough ^^

Well done! I expect you will go on to a degree in chemistry. You have a solid understanding of what happens in an electrochemical (REDOX) reactions. Have you tried putting lemons in parallel? You will keep the same voltage as one lemon, but you will increase the current. Try two lemons in series, and then putting two more lemons in parallel with these two for a total of 4 lemons. You would have twice the voltage AND twice the current. This should be enough to light an LED.
