Mozart never finished the 'death' requiem... one of his student's finished it after several others turned it down (they felt it wasn't their business to be finishing one of his pieces). anyway, I can sort of play this...I'm slowly getting better
@djextravagant i love how you come here to insult the person clearly so that you can only show off that you know music as if you're the only person in the world who plays piano or has studied the circle of fifths. this is a great video. moving on.
I always encourage people who learn new skills. It obviously requires time to learn to play this piece and every time you play it you get better. It is fantastic that you are a creative person who works to master a skill. There are many who criticize and do nothing creative themselves. Those who play themselves and criticize you are most likely ignorant of the fact that they too must spend time to master their skills. In conclusion,we need more encouragement, and less ignorant mourning.
@Matsudaissmex Some people actually don't have the time or the ability to read sheet music, and plus it would be easier to hop right into playing. Ever since I picked up the guitar when I was 12, I taught myself everything. I have never looked at sheet music for the guitar, but on the other hand, I used to play clarinet during band at school, and of course we were taught how to read sheet music, but the band director never taught us the note names. Shame on him! =(
I totally agree with the comment in second place in saying that everyone has their own interoretations, but even this seems slightly slow. I know and have and can play the arrangement this guy is playing it, and I know there were a few wrong notes here and their, but no one's perfect. One more thing: a part or two seemed to lack emotion. He played the notes on the page and the tempo marked. For that one section, its almost impossible to do it emotionless.
It's on public domain but it killed me trying to find it... I have found it and I will gladly email it to anyone that needs it :) I can't put a link because I have no clue where I found it lol
@fatalangel34 ... Dear "fatalangel", please, would you have the piano transcription of this easy version? This one is very well adapted and easy to play (for a dummy like me ;)) ... Thanks a lot...
