First off, I agree with you. Second, i use a PC only because macs are over prices a bit and I'm a hard core gamer. well saying PC is a lie i use an Alienware. However, if I had what i wanted i would have a Linux OS on my Alienware instead of Win7. and as for what is better there is no over all better like you said. There is only better for what you want to do with the computer. And sense I'm a gamer here is how i rank OS's: Linux, Windows, Mac. However, i don't Hate on people who use Macs.

I think this video is pointless, because you are just going to piss people off , and perpetuate the war . Dreamworks Animation Studio use HP / PC's , and 3DS Max and most art software is Windows only . I don't care about Mac OS , or Windows , because I use " Linux Mint OS " that is free , and open source.

@maw88ify Well, I'm sorry that you feel that way. Quite frankly though, I don't care what studios use. They can use Macs or PC, and it makes no difference to me. I also don't care what platform has more art software. I was making a general statement, just trying to use an example that most people could relate to easily. Finally, I don't care that you use Linux. If you enjoy it, good for you. Furthermore, comments like yours, not my video, are what perpetuate wars. Have a nice day.

@TheDrewTimus You are trying to use an example that make Mac look better for professional. You can say Mac is a better platform for video edit, and better for professional , but I can't point out Dreamworks Animation Studio use HP / PC's , and most art software is Windows only? It seem to me to be a one side argument that you expect no one to correct you when you are not 100% correct . It is that kind of thinking that starts wars.

@maw88ify No, I wasn't. You're just looking to see it that way. Many people associate Macs with creative work, so I went down that road in my example. I just wanted the example to resonate that way. Never in any way, did I discredit PC's for that line of work. I was just saying that many people think to use Mac for it. And as I said, I have no problem with you pointing out that Dreamworks uses PC's. That's fine, but re-read your earlier comment. You were picking a fight,

@TheDrewTimus No, I wasn't picking a fight. You only see what you want to see . I was simply correcting you, because you were clearly wrong. False statements piss people off , and perpetuate the war. The correct way to make a video on Mac vs PC if you are not picking sides would have been to say Dreamworks Animation Studio use HP / PC's that run Windows , and Linux, and Pixar Animation Studios use some Mac's and PC's that run Mac OS and Windows, and they have Linux renderfarms .

@maw88ify Well yeah I was wrong. Watch the video. Everybody is wrong. The point is that we shouldn't even be having this argument. They're computers. It doesn't matter who uses them for what. Everybody should just use whatever they want and not talk about it. I made this video while angry at extremists, so please forgive my apparent failings.

You can blame Apple for this war they started with their dumb ass mac vs pc advertising campaign, and how they tell everyone that Mac OS is the world's most advanced desktop operating system. Apple tells lie after lie to perpetuate the war so they can sale products . They also start fights with companies like Adobe.

@maw88ify Ok, argument was a poor choice of words. We're disagreeing, that's better. And no, I will not stoop to blaming a company for collective stupidity. Apple didn't start a war. Apple started what was, in my opinion, a fantastic marketing campaign. Was it totally accurate? Nah, but no marketing ever is. They need to move their wares, you can't blame them for using advertisements to do that. You can however, blame people for becoming fussy over things like that.

@TheDrewTimus The war is way more complex than you understand . Apple has also took lots of the there ideas from free open source software and put a big price on it. Mac OS took codes , and ideas from BSD , and Linux that are free. That would be the same as if I came up with a way to make free energy alternatives to fossil fuels, and a large company came along and took the idea to sale. Apple is also started this lie about Adobe Flash CS5 a product I love to use.

Thanks alot drew. I'm going to show this to my friend who continues to say that PC's Suck.He says this just because he is rich and spoiled and has a 1200$ Computer that he continues to brag about. I''m gonna tell him to shut the fuck up about that shit. Don't take this offensively but I don't watch lets talk with drew that much. The main annoyance to me is paying outrageous prices for items that should cost a lot less... Now sure that happens somewhat across the board... but it tends to be the worse with name brands (especially certain ones)... cause companies really are selling their name with their products.
