Autism is not a form of suffering. If anything, it is a blessing (maybe in some instances in disguise). My autism has made me creative, truthful and trustworthy towards others even with the social short-comings. I feel that it has also shielded me against unpleasant occurrences in my life. I truly feel blessed by God!! :-)
