Thanks! Sure. For that, I just picked a point in the clip (when Robin's dipped down) and clicked on "Save Snapshot to File". It should be an icon that looks like a disc above or below the video preview depending on your version of sony vegas. Once you save the image, it will appear in your project media. Just drag the pic into the video track and play around with it until you get the desired effect. Hope that works for you. Sorry if my instructions suck.
