why cheating? we play tribes for a decade now and you prefare cheat over cool fair competition? icant comply with this... maybe theres a point i didnt get,but.... i installed it yesterday and now i look up for scripts for it.....

@inn3rligh7 I dont perfer it at all man lol. im just saying it exists. anytime you get a game thats basically become abandonware, and the multiplayer has had to be taken over by a community project, cheaters/hackers/scripters will always take reign in some of the servers. the reason why everyone plays goonhaven is its the only honest server without bots or scripts or mods lol.

in this moment i see 35 player on goonhaven (tribesnext list), thats cool, but whats about SOSTs shout with the use of cheating? is this true? its dull if yes, but who cares... i ll have a look now ...

@inn3rligh7 tribes next does have cheating servers and ALOT of bot servers lol. goonhaven is basically where its at

you guys will probably think i'm lieing, but it's true. i'm 1 of the game testers to this game. i was the 3rd person to EVER play this game--my best friend made this game. i know him from school, irl. i iz lucky. also, nice video :D

Please paste the following message on every other tribes 2 video if you can:

Download tribes2.msi from any site, tribesnext is recommended, while doing this, also download the tribesnext update, finally, before patching with tribes next, you must patch your game with the dynamix updates first, for further help, contact TheDarkMonk789

as a side note, my game seems to get more instable the more time that passes, so doing all of the above quickly will also allow for a more stable tribes 2. Enjoy.

i got this im confused. i have the download it works then when i install the patch to play online it dosent run it says bad win32 application or something like that. or dose it not work for online play no more altho it says there 42 servers online.

Idk about the online play ill check the server status

I need help!!! I couldn't get my Tribesnext work. I have bought game few years ago then I get original newest patch then this Tribesnext online patch. but I dont know how to run that game OR it just wont want to run. and I didn't find any help from faq or any other place.

ok maybe you should try what I did.

try downloading tribes 2 off the internet. I dont know what that will do but its worth a shot.

and then install the tribesnext patch after you download the game. If you have any more problems PM me and we will get this sorted out.

Still doing that same thing. I can say it now more detailed: So when I try to go to Tribes 2 or Tribes 2 online from Dynamix/Tribes2 folder it only shows me black window where reads something like ''Launching Tribes 2'' then windown goes off and nothing happens.... This is all I can do for it. And I didn't find help from Internet or Faq yet.

on a side note what operating system are you using? newer operating systems have compatability issues with older games

OK I finally got it working. So simple: only run Tribes 2 online in Administrator mode or what ever it is on english

I stated playing last night. I didn't go online, I just did the training missions. This game is freakin brutal. I'm going to have to play against bots for months before I even think about playing against real people. But it's got to be one of the most fun games I've ever played.

you went just as fat but with slightly better control

and it had everything that tribes 1 and 2 had with a few add ons.

I even liked the campaign.

but hey everybody ha their opinion.Now I will say that tribes 2 was the best

I read that the game may be "jittery" on multi-core machines. Have you run into this or any other problems I should know about?

I run a Core 2 duo with a mobile intel 965 integrated chipset that doesn't support hardware Transform lighting or even pixel shading and im able to run this game without a hitch..

if you setup is anything multicore and if you have anything close to a modern nvidia graphics chipset then it should run perfectly.
