I'd just like to add that there are legitimate, legal, and ethical uses for torrents. As someone involved with Linux for over 10 years I know that small non-profit distributions can't afford to pay for hosting the the direct downloads of their distributions, so torrents are used to reduce the traffic on the servers when a new version is released. There is nothing nefarious about this. It is simply a way to distribute large ISO's using the down-loaders bandwidth instead of the hosting site's.

This sounds exactly like what happened here in the states during the Clinton Administration with Direct TV and THEY GOT AWAY WITH IT. They silently "took-over" all the companies online that were selling devices and software to decrypt their satellite signal and continued to distribute and run everyone of those websites for YEARS before they began to seek litigation and go after each and every customer that they had served.Entrapment does not seem to matter much online.
