I dont get it... what was she doing with the cotton tipped stick? was she pushing her cuticles? and what was the liquid she was applying ? so confused :S but her nails are awesome...

pushing ur cuticles makes ur nail long n sleker, i hate it, but my mum n sisters do it, the oil is to keep the cuticles mflexable, n the skin etc soft and ready to be worked on :)
