  • Impressive but one small tip - never just drop a dumbell or any very heavy weight. The sudden release can permantly damage your tendons. Lower to ground only once its on the ground do you let go. Believe me ive seen serious injuries from it. I'll go for one less rep if it means resting the weight down correctly. Otherwise very impressive stronger than me ;)

  • you gotta squeeze and hold it at the top for a 2 sec. count.....keep training like that and you won't grow, hold it and you'll grow. if you drop the weight down to say 50lbs but hold it at the top you'll do better, just my 2 cents.

  • doing db rows for lats is pointless. do chins and pullups to hit lats.

    db rows are best for middle and upper traps and rear delts.

    they dont understand building muscle is about creating a need for adaption... that happens with heavy ass weights, while keeping ok form (some body english is okay to get into the groove), not by "feeling the burn" with the 30lbs dumbbell
