  • Naaaaajs! :D Fortsätt sådär! ;)

  • Just for the record: It´s called "schottis"...not "scottish", it has nothing to do with Scotland, it´s a dance as well...

  • Where did you find that lovely accordion?

  • The name of this tune is Lanna-Villes Schottis and its from Lansjärv,most people play it in Dm

  • Hey this is very very nice! Please post more of this style!

  • very pretty tommy you have there

  • hi, do you have any tablature of this as i love this tune but im struggling to work it out. :D

  • If you go to The Session (dot) org and search their tunes you'll find it there (musical notation or ABC only I'm afraid)

  • Doh I have a D/G melodeon, Im working it out slowly but cant quite get the bass end right. :D

  • i learnd it by looking at his bass steps then doing what worked best for me.

  • i cant seem to figure out the bass, i got the melody sorted, but im buggered about the bass.

  • say you have a DG box and its on your lap.

the bottom bass on the left, go with the inside row on the melody side,

the top left bass go with the outside row.

that works for magor. did this help?

  • Yes, thanks. I finally cracked it. Thank you again for sorting out the bass for me. I have been off youtube practising, no joke, so i couldnt reply. But thanks :D Sorted!

  • great little tune, have mastered it,of course I"ll have to slum it on the dino as I don"t have a castagnari!!!!

  • Glad you like it and have cracked it. My first proper box was a Dino - good but a bit heavy.

  • love it, I"ve nearly got it off, of course I havn"t got a castagnari, I guess I"ll just slum it with my dino baffetti (or the humble hohner)!!!!

  • Absolutely great ...

Can't get it out of my head

  • Cool tune!

  • Lovely tune and nicely played. It's also nice to hear the basses being played as so many players seem to ignore this part of the instrument (I am myself guilty of this at times).

  • Well played!

  • This is a very captivating tune. Do you have the sheet music or tablature of it? Thanks alot.

  • The music (abc or notation) can be found on the Session (dot) Org website in their tunes section. As it won't let me post the url here if you google on song title it's one of the first hits.

  • What a lovely tune! Very well performed also.

  • nice!!!
