I think maybe the secret is to do a very small section at a time? I never seem to manage to curl my hair when I try and it's probably because I'm impatient so i split the whole lot into about six sections.....

I use Finesse hair spray~ it can last until 8 hours or so. Actually, it also depends on the weather. :P
