  • google mike lewis monsanto first link has his name haha

  • good work !

  • My dear...it's not that they don't know! IT'S THAT THEY WANTED TO DO THIS EXACTLY AS YOU SEE THESE THINGS NOW!!! YOUR GOVERNMENT IS SO EVIL I CAN'T EVEN DESCRIBE IT!

  • Money money money!.. the owners shoudl do things RIGHT! is money more important than soul? when they die, god is gonna ask them why do they want to enter heaven? if Money was their god and everything to them here..

  • Also another note, here in Ontario in farm country, a lot of the farmers in my corner of the province have started switching to organic farming and using older methods, they've also stopped using pesticides and growth hormones on live stock, thank god this is finally happening

  • The court case this girl talks about in this clip, really did happen here in Canada. Monsanto's is suspected by people to of intentionally contaminated his fields, this farmer had seeds he had been breading for 25 years confiscated from him, and forced to buy his seeds from the GMO companies.

  • @Arlumas - Schmeiser is a liar and a thief.

He abandoned his own seed for Monsanto's RR canola.

He claimed to have developed his own variety of RR canola.

He makes farmers look dishonest and stupid.

    His neighbors turned him in.

  • Bovine Growth Hormone?

  • Great school project really informative!

  • Just a note: The word 'evil' in the title of this video isn't helpful. It can scare some people away from approaching & learning more about what the people of Monsanto have done&continue to do.Other words to use in the title could be 'unaware' or 'undereducated'.Afterall the people of Monsanto are only human & make blunders. In their case, they've made HUGE blunders that some of those involved will not admit to to save face.Let's try & forgive them & help them make up for the harm they've done.

  • @HealthyPlanet - harm?

I feel good that Atrizine is not needed anymore.

I am so glad I don't have to handle insecticides anymore.

Did you like it when your corn was sprayed with Asana?

It has been, you know, for the last sixty years or so.

I used to shake all night long after handling that product.

(thanks to Bt corn, it is not needed anymore)

    Les

  • @CouldNotCareLes. Thank you for pointing out how things are improving :)

  • @HealthyPlanet are you serious???? Monsanto forgive them?? I am for forgiveness...when the offending party is actually sorry. Monsanto knows what it's doing. This wasn't all some mistake. The word evil is PERFECT for Monsanto.

  • Right on Amelia! Great info, graphics and music!

And by the way... Les, Monsanto is infamous for falifying it's documents... and that rainwater as a way to detoxify, not really because the product stays in bodies, soils and water supply...

Check out research Gilles- Eric Seralini, Nora Benachor, U of Caen, Fr_ all formulas of roundup lead to male infertility and necrosis of umbilical, placental and fetal cells in 18-24 hrs. Solution-permaculture, stop monocropping! Check out NOFA,

  • An Australian company called Nuti-Tech Solutions specialises in the relationship between soil health, animal health & human health with biological & organic farming. They have products that help detox Roundup in soils.

  • @HealthyPlanet - I do too ! ! !

I'll sell you a product that will help detox Roundup in soils.

It's called "rainwater" and it comes delivered free of charge.

    Les

  • Hi CouldNotCareLes. Sarcasm is okay with me. It makes us think differently.

Copy & paste "Solutions to Increase Yield and Herbicide Sustainability". A website called 'Sustainable Farming News' will come up. When it does, scroll down about 1/4 down the page. There is more info about how to detox Roundup...Water won't work. I know, cont'd...

  • ... I accidently spilled about 1/4 cup of Roundup on my bare right hand years ago. I was killing blackberries in my back yard.About a minute after the Roundup spilled on my hand I could taste it on my tongue. I tried to wash it off my hand & tongue but it had a thick oily feeling & could not be removed. About 4 years later I put myself through an intensive detox in a dry sauna every day. About a month into this detox, I was surprised to feel that hand swell & taste Roundup as it left my body.

  • @HealthyPlanet - Geeze, do you know how to detoxify Artizine?

That is what Grampa and all his neighbors used during the 50s - 80s and is what scientists from all three of the regulatory agencies that test the wetlands adjoining my farms tell me has all but killed the ecosystems around here. We are all excited to have the option to use Roundup and other relatively safe options.

Would you rather I used no herbicide? (I'm not going to do that.)

    Les

  • Dear CNCL. Apathy & a lack of empathy & imagination can be overcome through comprehension.

  • @HealthyPlanet - You think that I'm apathetic and that if I cared and could imagine/comprehend that I'd do my job the way you wish I would do it?

No, I care. I'm just not as gullible as you are.

    Les

  • CCL - Just in case you haven't seen how others see you, your YouTube name "Could Not Care Less" by all appearances sounds apathetic.

  • @HealthyPlanet - It's my point.

Folks don't care what they eat, why should I?

    Les

  • Could Not Care Less aka I Care But Am Close to Giving Up

I understand. Hang in there. Keep on finding hope & people on the move & in the know. If you don't know about them yet, in Minnesota - where I read somewhere on YouTube that you live - are the people of the White Earth Reservation. They have been working on cleaning up GMOs at least since 2005. Type in "White Earth GMOs" to find connections. Peace be with you & us all.

  • @HealthyPlanet - Folks line up to buy GMO food.

    I'm growing it for them.

    Les

  • @CouldNotCareLes Then contact Winona LaDuke & her group there. Not everyone on White Earth are aware, It is a big place. Take care.

  • organic is not the solution!

  • No doubt it´s the gate to hell

  • Psychopats and sociopats are highly sought after management employees among most corporations and as long as this is the case you can expect similar stories. monsanto is just one among similar patterns of managing companies There is plethora of banks, pharmaceutical, oil ... companies that are behaving that way

  • FUCK MONSANTO ITS JUST MAFIA AND MAFIA IS JUST ABOUT MONEY

  • i do not and will not eat anything that comes from monsanto makes people fat sick and they have a very short life .... people lieve longer before this evil company

  • @MrPolysyllabic if you really believe organic farming is the same cost as regular farming then go to the supermarket and start comparing prices what you dont understand is not cost per acre to farm but cost of production. Its how much it costs to produce each unit of crop with organic you make far less with the same money so cost of production is far higher. Organic farming will never make as much as regular farming try it your self if you dont believe

  • "The uneducated must be informed."--- Please look elsewhere. This child has no clue.

  • @MrPolysyllabic tell me why dont we grow all organic its because its not profitable because it just dont make near as much as we can with herbicides, insecticides, and genetics. if you dont think its true then why do you think we plant all this genetic stuff i can assure you if it didnt make a bunch more money and crop I wouldnt be paying monsanto out the ass for those seed

  • @1bigmachine Sure, greed is why we all pay so much for food. Growing organic doesn't cost more to do, it is just more difficult to render higher yields without using chemicals. Industrialists got a hold of our farmers and farms, so it is near impossible for a small business farmer to survive. Although, it does not have to be this way. It is greed, not nature which hinders agriculture. It should be fine if farms use GMO or chemicals but the market should be fair for any who don't.

  • @MrPolysyllabic - you think you pay 'so much' for food?

... what country do you live in?

96% of this country's farmland is farmed by "small business farmers," and most of them use GMOs.

You think the American Family Farmer is greedy?

    Les

  • @CouldNotCareLes Sounds like data you just made up. Cite some sources? Better yet, upload a video detailing how you came to this conclusion. And, I will upload one exposing your position as fantasy.

  • @MrPolysyllabic - farmaid dt org

For example, 98% of all the 2.2 million farms in the United States meet the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) definition of a "family farm." USDA considers a "family farm" any farm where the majority of the business is owned by the operator and his or her relatives: that is, by a family.

    Les

  • @MrPolysyllabic - Farm Aid is a fantasy?

Why do you hate the American Family Farmer?

    Les

  • I'm not defending Monsanto.....but just for everybody's information, 90% of what you eat is GM. Our ancestors did it and we have been doing it for thousands of years. So... start growing your own food or stop whining

  • @4teufelina4 Please, direct me to reference to "ancestors" genetically modifying seeds as Monsanto does. I find that pre-1900 society was aggressive toward alchemists and chemical producers. People did not openly use strange chemicals on their seeds/crops to make them grow bigger. The ones that did and got caught were punished in early Colonial America and even abroad as far back as literature goes, witches and warlocks. GMO is everywhere but we should be told where, up front.

  • @4teufelina4 yeah..sure..everyone has time in the 21st century to be a fuckin farmer...what a stupid uninformed comment. Just because we want healthier food but can't take up farming we are supposed to shut up? Fuck you!

  • Do you really believe what your saying has any merit at all if it wasn't for Monsanto you and all your buddys would starve because while yall keep making more babies the land to farm keeps shrinking and shrinking. If you had your way to only grow organic what would have to happen is we would either starve or we would have to bulldoze down all the forests and start farming them so tell me what would you prefer eat GMO which is proven very save or starve. Thanks Monsanto

  • @1bigmachine You got no proof.

  • @MrPolysyllabic - the proof is evident all across the corn belt. American Family Farmers proudly display signs by their farms/fields declaring their brand loyalty. That does not come or go overnight.

You will never get farmers to boycott Monsanto products.

    Les

  • If you think Monsanto is some kind of sweet all loving entity, you're just an idiot and should go eat nothing but their crops and drink some of their roundup while youre at it.

  • When they attack farmers who couldnt help that Monsantos seeds blew onto their farm - That makes them scum. When they have to constantly bribe the government so that food doesn't need labeling for GMOs - That makes them scum. They created agent orange - That makes them truly evil scum.

  • @djfrackles - Do you really think that farmers are that weak and stupid?

They 'attacked' several dishonest individuals over ten years ago to set precident and perfect their patent.

The individuals admitted their wrongdoing and accepted their punishment.

Those individuals were turned in by their neighbors (who didn't want theives for neighbors.)

    Les

  • I keep posting real things about monsanto on you tube--but alot keep getting not posted--PS--how much stock does monsanto own in you tube?

  • Monsanto is cares only about profit. Monsanto is F**** Scum!!!!!!!! I buy organic food 'cause I'm all-natural and I'm passionate about holistic health and the environment.

  • @Jay8392 I challenge your statement. Please explain your logic. I have a degree in genetics and molecular biology, so this should amuse me.

  • @farmerallis Hmmm, lemme see - just read any of the documented studies done on GMOs that were NOT funded by Monsanto OR the FDA who does everything Monsanto says. You don't need a degree in anything except LOGIC after reading those studies.

  • @thebehtbeht Very vague statement you make again. Having logic sure does help when reading studies on GMOs, but does not allow you to fully understand what is going on. To understand, you need a working knowledge of genetics, plants, and molecular biology; which the general public like yourself has VERY little knowledge of, which is how and why people have come to fear GMOs. It is very easy, and somewhat instinctive, to fear something you don't know.

  • the best part is the song at 0:54 but you even ruined that with you gay fuckin video

  • why does everyone think biotech is evil ? maybe monsanto is, but biotech is future and you will see it in a couple of years, when our planet will be overpopulated, and the ground will not have the capacity to produce regular/nonGMO food. Also, biotechnology will replace conventional medicine.

AND NO - NOT ALL GMOs ARE HARMFULL FOR MANKIND. Research before acusing.

  • Comment removed

  • @TheSmartGuy12Blaster Dude - the only thing biotech wants is MONEY. Conventional farming works and does not ruin the ground. Planting the same crops year after year in the same location ruins the ground. GMOs and roundup are producing superweeds that will not go away. Biotech advertises itself as a way to feed the world. We already know how and that is a fact. Almost all GMO crops yield LESS than the original crops. The reason people starve has NOTHING to do with the way we grow food.

  • @thebehtbeht "Conventional farming works and doesn't ruin the ground." You are exactly right, but you contradict yourself. "Conventional farming" takes advantage of GMO crops. Go out and find any conventional farmer that doesn't plant at least some Bt corn or Roundup Ready beans--you wont find it. And I have no idea where you are getting your yield data that says "almost all GMO crops yield LESS than the original crops." That is a flat-out lie.

  • @farmerallis - Please. These folks are not interested in facts, they want to believe the internet hype and myths. It makes them feel good to say they're "all-natural" and "holistic" but you and I know they eat more GMO HFCS than any farmer.

Folks - it is the farmer that you hate. I grow organic for my family and GMO for you ! ! !

((( if you want your food grown organically, grow it yourself )))

    Les

  • @TheSmartGuy12Blaster The solution is to castrate 80% of the male population...if abstinence or celibacy won't work. Biotech is for the spiritually-blind and abysmally ignorant, naive segment of society who are unhealthy and have never valued their health...they eventually end up in hospital with some terminal disease because they consumed genetically modified foods, and were slaves to the corrupt system.

  • Monsanto sucks!

Anyone who works for that company should quit, or they don't have a soul.

  • That's why they're patenting all those mutant genes they keep spreading, right? It's time to put a stop to Monsanto now. Learn to grow your own food, Monsanto free. Fight back! By the way, the lady a lot of you are calling "cunt" is anything but. Try watching the whole video sometime.

  • That's why they're patenting all those mutant genes they keep spreading, right? It's time to put a stop to Monsanto now. Learn to grow your own food, Monsanto free. Fight back!

  • @titodude She is against Monsanto....Say Sorry

  • @liveisril I removed the comment, thanks

  • A company of killers. Only in america....the most stupid people on Earth.

  • Awesome video, most comprehensive I've seen on the topic. I no longer shop at Whole Foods because of their deal with the Devil.

  • There will be protests throughout the U.S. on 3/26/11 regarding genetically engineered/modified organisms.

Go to "Rally for the Right to Know" on facebook, for more information.

Go to the "organicconsumers" website, to sign petitions.

  • Time for drastic measure against those bastards. As long as we buy their evil product and as long as they have peopel willing to work for them, they will prosper. The only other avenues are some sort of help from the government (don't hold your breath waiting) or some regulatory agency. Last and possibly what is neede is violently taking them down with whatever force is nesseary.

  • it is not selective breeding! It is crossing species. EVIL!

  • (monsanto) This guy is an enemy!!!!!

  • Awesome project.

  • Monsanto needs to be destroyed!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @pixiecrossing fuck you dumbass tree hugger

  • They are still dying today.

  • Comment removed

  • @monsantocorporation who da fck are u. All monsanto care about is money not the welfare of human beings. How is that for good??

  • This video depicts an image of Monsanto Corporation that is blatantly untrue. Monsanto has helped hundreds of thousands of farmers better grow their plants. The future lies in genetic engineering, for a better people, a better planet, and a brighter future.

  • @MonsantoCorporation bull shit you're corp is evil incarnate die slow monsanto!

  • @MonsantoCorporation GMOs CAUSE CANCER. the only way is THE ORGANIC WAY

  • @ShamusShamrock Interesting how you make the connection that cancer, an age old autoimmune disease, has been caused by gene splicing, which has been around for maybe 50 years. How can you possibly back up that claim with nonexistent evidence? Do you seriously suggest that something as trivial as selective breeding can cause a deadly mutation in your DNA? Why don't you come back once you graduate 4th grade and move past your ridiculous, unbacked claims.

  • @MonsantoCorporation A better people? You are nuts. You sound like a programmed robot.

  • which program did you use to grab the web site for editing program?

  • Evil Monsanto should eat shit and die! It takes me twenty minutes to find any "food" that even resembles "real" food, at the supermarket!

  • @RandyBful1 - No matter what you buy at that supermarket, you are funding the proliferation of GMO foods in our food supply.

Folks, wake up ... the grocery industry is doing this, and you are funding it.

    Les

  • @CouldNotCareLes: Stores in Vancouver, Canada are offering more and more "organic" foods. I know they're still suspect, but in many instances, I can tell the difference...problem is, the real food is so damn expensive! Two litres of regular milk is ~$3.49. Two litres of organic milk is over $3.00. In some cases, organic costs three times as much and more! I try to wake up as many people as possible, but most don't even want to hear it! "Hidden Dangers in Kids' Meals" - great vid; check it out!

  • @RandyBful1 - exactly ... and that's why non-GMO will not work.

Folks want cheap food, and they want to tell the producers how to grow it.

You can't have it both ways.

    Les

  • @RandyBful1 If it's so expensive for you then maybe you need to save more money to take care of your health more.

  • @Rockymtntruth: I'm on disability and the only things I spend money on is, rent, phone, exercise and food. After that, there's nothing left.

  • @RandyBful1 That's a dreadful situation. I hope you might be able to grow some of your own food if at all possible.

  • @CouldNotCareLes: My bad! I meant $6.00 for organic milk!

  • What is the grocery store going to look like without the GMO products?

Are you sure that is what you want?

No one is going to package 'natural' 'organic' food in such a fashion that it can be prepared and served in minutes.

You DEMAND non-GMO food that is convenient and/or inexpensive?

    Good luck with that.

    Les

  • Star signing the petitions against genetically modified foods . Recent polls show over 90% of people oppose genetically engineered salmon , but there are only 3 days left to sign the petition against it ! Byte style dot tv to sign it please ! Monsanto is doing more damage to the world than all military forces combined !

  • In a few days the USDA will approve Monsanto's genetically engineered alfalfa. That's a given. Then you will see that our USDA / FDA aren't really for the People - they are for Monsanto.

    -----

Once that strange DNA is out there, we cannot call it back. It is forever.

  • my two older brothers and i helped my dad doing landscaping. what i remember about that was pulling weeds all day long. pulling weeds pulling weeds. my older brother started doing landscaping on his own in 1979. he pulled weeds til he found out about roundup. he died this past february of cancer, it was a very painful death for him and us. i wish i could have stopped him from buying his first bottle of roundup, or maybe i could have pulled the weeds for him. dont use roundup.

  • oh my god this is the most informative and inspirational video i've ever seen! great job! and you're only in 10th grade--whoa!

  • I noticed that bytestyleT posted your video. Now that's some great networking!! The only effective movements are always grass roots movements - the more people you can inform, the stronger the movement becomes. It is a simple principle: an idea in the minds of the masses is a physical force.

With people like you lending a hand, it will not take long for America to reach "critical mass" on the GMO issue.

  • The first job of the President is to protect the world's seed supply. I believe that Monsanto's genetic engineering constitutes a "clear and present danger" to the American people.

President and Michelle Obama love to hear from young people, especially those who are smart enough to figure out how to network among themselves to create an action group with the power of many voices.

Network, get the word out, and let the President hear from all of you ...!

  • Excellent job! I wish that the current administration had half the brains of this 10th grader. I know ... too much to ask. The Obama administration is for Monsanto and the biotechs - it is not for the People. Sorry I voted for Obama. Won't make that mistake again.

There is hope, though (real hope - not pseudo hope) in kids like this who think critically, who delve beneath the surface to get at the truth.

    Thank you ...
