To help clear up the confusion fellas...the Marijuana Tax Stamp Act was passed in 1937, the govt. got kind of lax on enforcing the law so by the time of the Viet Nam war Richard Nixon equated those who smoke herb with the anti-war movement, ergo the DEA was formed and the war on drugs began thanks to Nixon.
