beautiful song to my favorite show. Literally have seen every episode 3+ times no joke. Some even more up to 5 maybe 6. Show makes me so happy and so badly makes me want to live in New York for all my life. This opening just makes me want to live here more than ever. Every time i drive by queens on the way to a Mets games i look to my left and right and look at the house and just imagine doug driving up them in his truck. Great show, and was devastated when they decided to end it

I'm sure they shot the shots for that intro in the summer of '99...yeah, QU was a pretty fun place a decade ago, from what I can remember. Look how HOT Leah was back then! (0:29). She had that puffed-up, 90's brunette hairdo. She was FINE as HELL in the first couple of seasons. (So was Lisa Rieffel as the short-lived 'Sara Spooner'. ;)) In the summer of '98 when I first started to see the promos for the show around BK & QU, Leah was what I was looking forward to the most. Sexy bitch! :)

0:10-0:21--damn, man, I MISS the Redbirds on the 7 train!!! Seeing that one Redbird 7 train pull into QB Plaza (0:10) reminds me of watching this show in its early days in 1998-99 (CBS Mondays!). I'm getting old! :)

Although I still hate that damn theme song (I really, REALLY hate it!!! No joke!), that intro is still great. Could be the best in television history. Seriously! They repped QU so damn good. (The shot of Kev & Leah chillin' at the Unisphere--0:14--is classic.) It was perfect...
