I love this piece of hardware. We (that is good old Holland / The Netherlands) has bought the CV90 and in the end we will have more than 1.100 of these beauties replacing the YPR (or US name XM765). The Swedish weapon industry has close ties with the German weapon industry and we all know who the masters in "Panzer" design and manufacturing are.
American Stryker is better. +10-20mph faster. One variant has a 120mm howitzer. Another a bushmaster III 30mm automatic cannon, and yet another with an either 88 or 120mm mortar.
Oh BTW, it has ALL OF the latest electronics. IE thermal, infared sights, auto tracking etc
@JuggaloTheRolla Your an idiot. Are you saying the CV90 doesn't have a state of the art electronics suite? Are you saying the CV90 doesn't have a thermal imaging sight? Are you saying that you cannot fit a 120mm cannon on the CV90? or a 120mm mortar? Your facts on the Stryker are wrong as well. there is no 120mm howitzer version, there is a 105mm Mobile Gun System version though. And the mortar sizes are 81mm, not 88, and 120mm. The CV90 comes in a dozen different variants besides this.

Tracked apcs are much better suited to offroad than wheeled ones which easily get stuck in thick mud
