i used range pot black dhide combat brace super def pot and rune cross bow with 480 diamond bolts (e)...i felt so stupid because of that big risk i had. and i got piled from those lvl 88s the thing spawned =.= im lvl 93 70 range and 72 def

you cant summon i did quest at lvl 90 wit my m8 he had 45 sum and 85 cb we both owned it

You can't use summoning unfortunately. I'm combat lvl 91 and I have 53 summoning yet I finished the quest earlier today with the worst combat stats. It's hard but not impossible.
