As a professional groomer, I'd just like to point out that this video is specifically FOR GROOMERS to advance their basic skill. No person unfamiliar with the use of professional grooming tools should attempt what is taught in this video. The instructors are not going over basic safety precautions because groomers *should* already be aware of them. Scissors and blades are sharp and dogs move. Please don't attempt these procedures at home. Sue and Jay have a video specifically for owners.
I like the cut of the Yorkie on your home page except I'd want it shorter the legs. The way the hair styled on the very top of his head goes back. Does the video have this style in it? The DVD is a little pricey. Do you sell any videos of just one or how to cut the styles? I know pretty much the rest that you cover.
I would like to see more of the clipping/cutting for the yorkies. If you could say what kind of scissors or where you bought them would be helpful.
PS. Tear Staining is "usually" allergies. My albino boxer gets them if someone slips him chicken. I feed him VERUS food (fish and potatoe) It's selling point is reduction of tear staining and I find it great. I buy it at a local feed store READ not a pet store or supermarket. Find it online also. My yorkies eat it too and it helps,
Where's the rest of the cut? I can't find it. Also, I don't like bangs or short visor. So I don't know how to cut the front where it looks like it blends back.
@jenellap Just so you know you make the groomer's job more difficult when you stay. I understand your concern but they're are some trustworthy groomers out there.
@jenellap It's normal for dogs to shake during the grooming process. That's why it's important to start the grooming young so they are accustomed to the process and are less likely to get nervous. The dog is fine. Little dogs tend to shake more than bigger dogs.
About the tear staining... I was just told recently to water my pup using bottled water only never use tap water. I have not tried it yet so I do not know if it works.
Where is the rest of this? I want to see the finishing of the head; what she does with the sides. This stops before it's finished. Where are the others. I go to your page and this is the only one I see. Thank you.
It's a puppy cut. You can find all the details about the video from the link in the description box. I wouldn't want to quote a price because it could change. HTH

oh my god.. you have nothing to do, don't you?
search a video that says "yorkshire terrier" and you will see what a normal yorkie is!
i'm saying what i see.. a healthy yorkie shouldn't be heavier than 2 and a half kilos! so just shut up..
