  • Poor cute baby....

  • Omg I had no idea newborns had to go through this process!? most mothers probably have no idea this id going on..poor baby I know those needles hurt him

  • Why the fuck did she retract that baby boy? I'm sorry, this is not an example of legitimate medical practice.

  • i dont think you people, relise that without the help on those needles and everything that baby would be died the next day. or even that day !

  • Honestly, my cousin just had her baby Ava 1 day ago and when they were doing all this at the birth she was telling them not be so rough with her because she had a bruise after they had checked up.

  • This all sound and looks quite horrible.

  • these doctors and nurses are so rough with baby ,and they should never take baby out of mothers room, what they are doing to this baby is scary to watch, omgg

  • Why would they separate the mom and baby like that, they need to bond......

  • Im 19 weeks pregnant with baby no 4 :)

  • Lol the doctor compared a baby to fries....

  • oh my God, this is hard for the parents!

  • Poor Francis he must feel so traumatized after all that testing :-)

  • So babies are like Mc.Donald's French fries?????? Lol

  • None of my children got tested for Hyperglycemia. They only got the Vitamin K Shot some time after they 1st spent time with me after birth. Which was my choice to have that shot given to them. They only got the Hepatitis vaccine & heel stick test for screening of diseases before discharge, once again my choice to allow that shot.

  • 3rd child, she was put on my tummy, bottle fed by me after birth, never under a warmer. Roomed in on the maternity ward. The maternity ward was not heated. It was a cold winters night. She dropped her temp 3 times, but a singlet brought her temp up 3 times. She moaned for 12 hours, but the pacifer stopped her moaning after 12 hours. She was taken to the corridor near my room put on a portable heart monitor, kept being returned to my room. Never went to a NNU/Nursery to be put in a humidicrib.

  • All 3 of my babies were put on my tummy at birth, including my 1st who went to NNU at 1 hour old to stay there for 7 days on IV antibiotics. My 1st went under a radiant warmer before going to NNU. But my Son spent an hour with us, on my tummy, getting a vitamin k shot, bathed and dressed by his dad after birth before only spendign a few hours in SCBU to be heated in a tent. We discharged him on the bottle 24 hours later

  • Give him back to his mum, MAN???

  • Dont trust hospitals at all!!!!

  • the girl was censored in her lady bits and the boy wasn't. weird.

  • @SashaReallyLovesYou youre weird

  • @SashaReallyLovesYou What are you talking about? It was clearly a boy in this video the whole time, only a girl appeared for a split second (I think?) but in part 1 it was a girl and there was no censorship?

  • Let's hope Francis got circumcised!

  • Poor baby looks like he's being tortured :((

  • Vaccinations... oh we wont go there.

  • this is rediculous.. do u think Gods perfect creation needs monitoring... needs shots.. vitamin K... has ANYONE researched any of this as a parent.. that is sad, taking the dr. words so seriously, who teaches your dr...? do they know what they are talking about??? and how do u know that they have any clue as to what they are saying... is your baby REALLY in good hands???? do some research parents! its your job! this makes my blood boil!!!!!!

  • @unidentifiedmark The problem is that we are not perfect. There are many viruses, diseases, and infections that a newborns new immune system can't withstand. People have been getting these shots for decades and while sometimes unexpected things do happen, the majority is helped by them. As a rule I feel doctors can be pretty stupid, thats why you need to look for the right one and never be afraid to ask for a second opinion.

  • @unidentifiedmark doctors studied what to do.. and dont talk like you know anything... makes you stupid.. btw ... everything doctor does is for the good of his patients.... if you dont wanna go to a doctor then go cure yourself lol

  • @unidentifiedmark Are you aware of just how many babies died before medical intervention? With all the diseases present in the world today medical intervention is not so much a necessity as a precaution. Yes, our children come from God but God did not make us perfect. We are flawed as human beings and must strive for perfection. That being said... If the baby were born with his heart outside of his chest would you deny him surgery just because he's SUPPOSED to be perfect?

  • @unidentifiedmark God made doctors to care for us. Idiot.

  • thats what im scared of... im 17 wks n 5 days and i now when i have to watch them get shots n see them cry... im gonna ball my eyes out, i just know it lol im a whimp

  • um you're not supposed to pull back the foreskin at all and meatal infections occur almost exclusively in circumcised boys, so not sure why they're checking him unless they noticed some rare abnormality when he urinated...after seeing this, i'd try to pick a hospital where they keep the baby by your side

  • @scolac

you're stupid the nurse did not pull back the foreskin she was just looking for the meatal opening... and that is kind of the point in doing physical assessment on the newborn to check for abnormalities...

  • My baby never spent time in the nursey room. Everything was done right by my bed side.

  • yeah i think it depends with the facility. mine was done the same way as yours.

  • poor baby

  • When my son was born in 2001, it seemed like my baby was in the nursery 4EVER! I had my husband go in there to check up on our baby often. I also had him record footage so I could see how our baby looked like. Our baby's temp wasn't stable & he had to spend EXTRA TIME in the incubator. I only saw him for a brief second before they whisked him away.

He passed away on April 2009. Its barely been 5 months now since he went to Heaven. I MISS my baby. W/da grace of God we're trying to survive.

  • vaccinations maybe? look into it. really.

  • Actually, the best way stablize a babies temperture is skin to skin contact with it's mother. Also, the better maternity wards examine the infant in the same room or better still while it's still in it's mother's arms. Unless, there is a problem, with normal birth there is no reason to take the baby away from it's mom.

  • i read a periodical the other day that said 3-5 pokings a day is important for a newborns developement.

  • ohhhh wow i never thought they did so many things to new borns if the mother were be there and see tht her baby is being poked to many times would be painful!!!!!!!!

  • great video! very informative! thanks for posting this!
