It's a bit freaky and Jumpy but you nailed it Great job.Nice to meet another Heartfield Player.

  • shit it wont let me post the link, anyone want the link, just email me at: paulstanleyy@yahoo.com - thanks

  • For any of you VITO BRATTA FANS and White lion Fans from around the world, there was an amazing INTERVIEW with Vito, back in 2007 - On the EDDIE TRUNK SHOW, Vito Explains alot of what happened in the past, he breaks his silence after 15 years!

Here is the link to download the interview for those of you who have not heard it before. Alot of you probably didnt know he even did one:

  • Simply AWESOME!!

  • nice!!!! it's a silly solo but you nailed it man.

  • are u using 9's on that guitar?

  • excellent job!

  • excelent solo, great classic song from whitelion, rock on!!!!!

  • Great Job! I LOVE the kick ass solo after the... well. solo.. lol! GREAT stuff, and killer sound.

  • Ok, this is AWESOME. Great technique on the guitar, spot-on rendition of the solo. I just got through listening to the guy that Mike Tramp PAYS to play on tour with him and you blow him away. He looks like he is having a seizure during the solo, which might explain why it's horrible... but every time? Might be the flashing lights... anyway, you were awesome.

  • how old was you when you started to play guitar?

  • how old was you when you start to play guitar?

  • Awesome. After hearing this song on hair nation enough times, I am learning it. Beautiful, musical, jumps all over the neck, multiple techniques, etc. Vito Bratta was a diamond in the rough.

  • This is Vito Bratta's work! i know the chords and no one hammer that dead on! did you see the persons face? No! It's Vito!!!!!!

  • this is taking the guitar to its edges!!!!!!! God blesed you.

  • 0.0

    Epic win

  • Aced it!!!! Slow version was even more amazing as I know once I learn something, it is burned in and to adjust speed is almost against nature. Great job on a TOUGH solo..

  • i'sit from lf2

  • Awesome job!

  • Awesome job on a very awesome solo

  • you got the whole solo PERFECTLY

    10/10

  • wow! it's perfect.

congratulation, it's not an easy solo at all...

  • This is definitely the best spot-on little fighter solo on youtube. I realy loved the free style you did in the end. How can i get this sound exactly ?

  • Thanks :)

I used a Vox tonelab on an old vega speaker.

    Grts

  • I have lots of work to do...

  • The coolest, most soulful phrasing and playing in glam or most of rock for that matter (all hail slash and zakk).

Vito would be an amazing reappearance.

Oh yeah - good work on the solo dude.

  • you should make a new band called New White Lion!

  • Nuts

  • Great job on this solo bro. You really nailed it. It is really helpfull to see this solo played before I learn it.

  • Yeah he went into classical music for a ling time and played too many hours a day like 12 hours. And no breaks and one day he was playing and his wrist popped and he hasnt been able to play since. A lot of classical shapes are very very hard stretches and you just cant do that kind of strain for that long without risking damage. But Yeah i have always loved his solos. There is a lot of great stuff in his playing. Its got a very unique sound for sure shame he cant play anymore.

  • e-mail:pantomania@hotmail..com

  • Daaaahem bro !! .. You should join white lion to keep the Vito Fire burnin !! .. such a sad story.. he was one of the greats.. i was looking forward to seeing so much more from him.

  • Awesome dude

  • Both Vito and you are amazing.

    Great job!

  • thanks :)

  • @segersroy Absolutely fantastic playing. You have just saved me about 3 weeks of trying to figure out some of these liks for the band. THANK YOU!

  • Thanks guys!!

    What happened to Vito anyway??

    Grts

  • Supposedly, his father suffered through a 5 year illness, and it required a large amount of personal time and commitment on Vito's part. Then in 1997 he injured his wrist while playing classical guitar and couldn't play the same way anymore, plus the injury didn't heal very well and it effected is playing still to this day. So he left the music industry to take care of his family, and that broken wrist. He hasn't been seen active in 15 years. Great vid btw

  • Thanks mate!

Too bad he wasn't able to let us enjoy his talents more but very understandable.

    Grts

  • yeah, no problem. He actually came back alittle while ago, i heard. But it was only 2 shows at a few clubs. They say he doubts he'll ever reunite with white lion because of his injury.

  • @ChrisSRApplePie So lame to hear that..

.....Vito was vastly under recognized by the music community. As a guitarist, he was easily one of the wizards out there...great cover!

  • Vito was the subject of a "Whatever happened to?" segment on the new "Metal Show" that runs 3 x's a day on vh1 classic. Eddie Trunk had him on his show about a year ago and he has (after his family problems) lost his desire for the music industry..doesn't want to play clubs after playing arenas,,we lost a good one.

  • The only reason I like white Lion was the solos...especially that one. Vito is that u?...that was perfect!

  • Can u do "If My Mind is Evil" now?

  • i give up! i cant play like that. awsome that was!

  • outstanding!!!!! rok on bro!

  • One of the best guitarists ever.. NICE JOB!

  • WOW, good job, Vito Bratas style is hard to nail down.

  • Fuck!!! This rocks!! Thanks man, you're so fucking good!

  • LOL @ "cooling down exercise"...like that's even necessary. :) Great job, and thanks for the slow version :)

  • Thanks and yeah I should remove it...really silly stuf :))

  • Leave it! I dig the "cooling down" licks.

    Your chops are impressive!

  • Yeah,, U're good dude, gifted, talented...

    You better be a guitarist.

    Don't work at Bank.
