Yeah I agree with that...I just don't dig it. I think in the end 2 or 3 months after RIP is done Batman will go back to who Batman has always been. A new writing team comes on and wants to change everything back to the way they want it.
they are not going to kill batman. please, why the hell would anyone believe they'l kill one of their most profitable characters-that's just bad business and i dont think dan didio is that stupid(or is he...?). that R.I.P stands for something else. and who the fuck knows what goes on in morrison's head.
The idea of 'killing' Batman is stupid, as we saw when they did it to SUPERMAN. Also, and I realize that Marvel & DC don't compare notes, but to do it the same year as Captain America is offed?
Face it, Bruce Wayne is going to be re-animated in the Lazarus Pit, just as Steve Rogers will be back carrying the shield.
To be honest, I haven't been reading any Batman books for several years and hearing what Dan Dittohead plans I don't see myself starting in the near future.
first off i like to say it's nice to get off work & see your show. Secondly Tim Drake & Dick Grayson are considered Batmans adopted kids. & third Grant Morrison is really killing Batman off. Do you think Bob Kanes widow wife Elizabeth maybe upset by this? what can the do about this?
Grant Morrison says that he will kill Bruce Wayne off in this storyline RIP. If you read Batman # 666 thats the future he wants to bring to the Batman universe.

That's sad, Batman is one of the two characters I respect in the DC universe. For him to change character like that is sad.
