  • dude what was your diet of cause if this is all u was eating as a snack what was ur meal cause ur in shape dude message back asap

  • @THATGUYDJ321 thanks for watching, i sent you my routine.

  • check out my channel

  • @hipretty I also added about 2 teaspoons of baking powder and it turned put nice and fluffy like a cake

  • How much coco powder and cinnamon did you use? I used 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and about 1 1/2 tablespoons of coco powder but it turned out a little bland in the end so I glazed the top with a little bit of honey

  • @AlwaysBringinIt that's good you should always adjust to suit your taste. i sometimes use banana to make it a little sweet. i use a tablespoon of coco but i dont measure the cinnamon, i usually add as much as i want.

  • OOoo looks good ima try this today

  • I'm gonna try this thanks

  • No sugar added???

  • @Toffer161 no sugar, but if you want to then its ok.

  • hey nich...i think...i you put in a tiny bit of baking soda or baking poweder it becomes more cake like! ;-)

  • @hipretty cool tip, how much baking powder or baking soda will you add? i will try it.

  • @NicholasOngFitness I really don't know, I don't know how big your cake is. But because this looks like a small amount, I'd say about 1/4 -1/2 tsp that's level on the measuring spoon not rounded & hefty) anything more than that and you'd taste it~which you don't want. just to see if it will make it rise more cakelike. Unless you like the denseness. I seem to like the denseness of homemade protein bars, more than a lot of other people. But it's cool to play around with recipes & tweak things.

  • Man, fucking genious ^^

  • @SicSeb thanks!!!! you can also make adjustments to the ingredients to make it yours!

  • I might have to try this one ..... Thanks

  • @inspireself try it! and make sure to make adjustments to suit your taste!

  • cool story bro- dont spam me

  • nice vid!

  • cool

  • does it taste good too ???

  • @nabeeLz93 yeah, it tates good. sometimes it depends on the protein powder you use, but that's the reason why i added the non fat milk, to suit my taste. you can make adjustments too if you like. thanks!!!

  • @NicholasOngFitness you should go to MASTERCHEF =P

  • @nabeeLz93 maybe too high for me at the moment. but in the future, why not...

  • thanks for this easy to make recipe! can you pm me on your diet?

  • @boblosbanes no problem, you can also check out my other comments, they contain lots of tips!

in diet, i only eat carbs around my workout, before after and the meal after my post workout meal. so thats 3 times a day. sometimes 4 times a day but the 4th one should have lower serving. i eat a palm sized protein like fish or chicken in all of my meals. i also eat lots of veggies.

i write down everything i eat so at the end of the week i can look at my results and adjust the diet.

  • cool recipe, i like it cause i really like chocolate and i'm trying to find a way to make it in my diet lol. my name is hershey after all, i should like chocolate

  • @multiversedancer really good! and it is really helpful if you are trying to lose fat and build muscle!

  • I could use whole milk too right??

  • @GIsupersoldier if you like to use whole milk then its fine. it will taste better, but there would be additional fat.

  • @NicholasOngFitness ok thanx and I was looking for some additional fat. =)

  • Thanks for sending this vid, i'm definitely gonna try this because I could really go for some guilt free chocolate cake.

  • @airdre1 you're right about that! its guilt free! make sure you make adjustments to suit your taste.

  • Great video man, thumbs up. I am definitley going to try this out but I have two questions, do you know how much cup and scoop is equivalent to DL(decilitre)? And also how much cocoa do you use?

    Thanks!

  • @TheChanceOC thanks man. i don't know decilitre but i do know that 1 scoop is about 4 heaping tablespoons. in cocoa that's 1 heaping tablespoon, the one in the video. but its up to you if you want less or more.

  • Here's a twist for you..., since you have the grinder, add some cashews or sunflower seeds in the grinder and make a flower of natural protein. A little honey will make it taste just right! Great tip by the way, you're my hero! Have a great year 2012!
