GeorgePaulDavis thought the sketch was "random" because you didn't make it clear in the beginning that the guy wants to take a discreet crap. Once you set that up, it makes total sense. Just add one line at the beginning in voice over like

"God, I'm at work and I need need to take a toxic S-bomb, and I don't want anyone to know."

So, once you set it up, we can "ride with you."

You started out with an interesting and potentially funny idea. Unfortunately, you buried it under 3 minues of unfunny, unstructured, and unnecessary boringness. It's way too long, the "nonsense" factors are poorly executed, and there seems to have been no real emotionally comedic connection between the writers and the subject matter. It's just nonsense for nonsense sake. "Randomness" isn't funny -- well planned and executed "nonsense" is. Good try, though. It started out as a good idea.
