Just a quick comment on the lock SMPTE function: Should one desire to change the tempo midway through the project, regions that are SMPTE locked will suddenly be out of sync since they'll be locked to a specific place in (clock)time.
A loop that starts on the second bar in 120 Bpm will be locked to start after two seconds of songplay.
Change the tempo to 100 Bpm, it will still start after two seconds - but a quarternote and then some too early.
