M.P it's not something that just appear from nothing. It's a stage of the evolution of comic ,or semi comic, literature that goes back (to name only a few ) to Spike Milligan ,Rene Goscinny,Andre Breton, Anton Chekhov ,Ptochoprodromos, Aristophanes . And yes M.P were brilliant.Only some Americans criticizing M.P comedy. These are probably the sort of people who feel self important and find Fred Astaire Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra so fucking amusing that just the thought makes me sick.
